Stay in the beating heart of La Caletta in this completely renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, a few steps from the beautiful white beach and immersed in a quiet atmosphere. The house is perfect for families and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The airport and the port of Olbia are 45km away.
The house is composed as follows:
-The large living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a Smart-TV and a kitchenette with a kitchen equipped with gas stoves, refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a comfortable table for 6 seats. The living area is ideal for enjoying moments of conviviality with the family or to relax after a day at the beach.
-The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, with a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes and Smart-TV and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary and thus form an additional double bed, also in this room you can find a Smart-TV.
-A comfortable bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
-The private outdoor area with table and chairs is perfect for pleasant outdoor breakfasts or to relax in the sun after a day at the beach.
